Jeffrey Glaze , M.D.

Dr. Jeffrey Glaze graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in Biology. He received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital. After serving a year as a Chief Medical Resident, Dr. Glaze completed his Nephrology Fellowship at UAB. Dr. Glaze joined Nephrology Associates in 2002. He is board certified in both Nephrology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Glaze is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, the Renal Physicians Association and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Glaze and his wife are the proud parents of 3 daughters.
